The pre-engineered shop features (3) framed openings throughout, among them (2) 12’x14’ openings and (1) 3070 walk door opening. Now in use as a barn, this insulated, exceedingly durable steel building stands 26’x52’x11’ in size once raised and features a wide clear span that allows the owner to get the most out of every square foot of floor space. Covering the metal barn is a rugged, hardwearing Galvalume steel roof with a 3:12 pitch, and it also has (6) framed openings throughout, among them (4) 10’x10’ openings and (2) 3070 walk door openings.

In its roof, it has a layer of R-10 fiberglass insulation, which enhances energy efficiency dramatically, saving the barn owner substantial money over time while making for a more comfortable inside environment. It also has several customizations added in consideration of Utah’s sometimes-extreme climate patterns and stringent building codes, among them a 115-mph wind speed rating and a 43-pound snow load.
