Metal Workshop Building in Big Water, Utah

Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered metal workshop building in Big Water, Utah, in late May of 2019.

Now undergoing use as a workshop, the building features high-quality steel construction, resulting in unparalleled durability. Once raised, it stands 25’x130’x14’ in size, while a roof comprised of rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume panels sits overhead, offering a 0.75:12 roof pitch.

Versatile, sustainable and architecturally pleasing, the steel building features a striking, Light Stone-colored exterior that blends well with the surrounding western landscape. The metal shop also boasts several supplemental accommodations added out of respect for the region’s climate patterns and building codes, among them a 115-mph wind speed rating and a 36-pound snow load.

Located near the Utah/Arizona border, the town of Big Water is a part of south-central Utah’s Kane County. The community sits about 137 miles outside Cedar City and about 17 miles northwest of Page, Arizona.
