Metal Building Outlet was the supplier of this premanufactured steel building in Tooele, Utah, in June of 2019.

Highly customized to meet the buyer’s unique needs, the building boasts high-end features throughout and offers optimal energy efficiency, resulting in lower bills for the owner. In use as a shop, the metal building is 55’x100’x27’ in size once raised, and it has high overhead clearance, proving plenty of room for storage, cranes, automotive lifts or any number of other customizations.

The exterior of the building boasts Solar White baked-on paint, while the roof has a 2:12 pitch and is comprised of Galvalume Plus sheeting, a highly corrosion-resistant and rugged building material. The metal shop has (4) framed door openings that offer easy access inside, among them (2) 14’x18’ openings and (2) 3070 openings enclosing (2) 3070 walk doors.

In the shop’s roof and walls is a layer of R-13 fiberglass insulation, which reduces heat loss, resulting in a more comfortable interior environment. The steel shop also features a 43-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind rating to enhance durability given the variable climate of the region. Located in western Utah, Tooele, Utah, is part of Tooele County. The community sits about a half-hour outside Salt Lake City.
