Crafted from premium-grade steel components, the building contains (3) framed openings, which include (2) 12’x12’ openings and (1) that houses a 3070 walk door designed for building user access.

To reduce energy costs and enhance building usability, this project features a metal building insulation package, with R-19 insulation installed in both the roof and walls. The building also features a wind speed of 115 mph and a snow load of 43 lbs. These inclusions were added in consideration of the typical climate of the Kearns area.
