Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated metal building for a customer in Meadow, Utah, in early January, 2016.

Boasting striking, rustic red paint and crafted from premium-grade steel components, the building stands 40’x60’x14’ once fully erect and is now used as a shop by the owner. The steel building’s roof is constructed from hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal, and it has a 1.5:12 roof pitch. Inside the building is (1) framed opening, which is 12’x12’ in size. Additional building features include a wind speed of 115 mph and a high snow load of 57 lbs. These additions were made given the climate typical of the Meadow area.

A small town within west-central Utah’s Millard County, Meadow is located about 152 miles from St. Gorge and about 7.5 miles south of Fillmore.

Constructed with Nucor Building Systems components, the metal building is now used as a shop. Standing 40’x80’x16’ with a colored roof and a 1:12 roof pitch, the prefabricated metal building features a total of (6) framed openings. These openings include (3) that are sized 12’x14’, and (3) that are 3’x7’.

In consideration of the typical climate and weather patterns of the Roosevelt area, the building was constructed with a wind speed of 90 mph and a ground snow load of 43 lbs.

Metal Building Lawn Shop in Lindon, Utah

Comprised of Nucor Building Systems components, the facility now serves an agricultural purpose, and is used as a shop for the owner’s lawn business. Standing 30’x48’x14’, the metal building boasts a Galvalume roof, with a 3:12 roof pitch.

The steel building features (2) framed openings, one of which is a 3’x7’ walk door, and the other, a 14’x12’ overhead door. It also has R-19 insulation in the roof and R-13 insulation in the walls, which substantially reduce heating and cooling costs while helping maintain comfortable interior temperatures year-round. The climate of Lindon was also taken into account during construction, and as a result, the building was constructed with a wind speed of 90 mph and a snow load of 30 lbs.

Lindon is a city located within Utah County, in north-central Utah, and is considered a part of the Provo-Orem Utah Metropolitan Statistical Area. It lies about 10.5 miles outside Provo and 36.4 miles from Salt Lake City.

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Duchesne, Utah.  This Duchesne County metal building has been used since November, 2012 as a diesel maintenance shop and storage.

With quality Nucor components, this building is durable and sturdy with upgrades to enhance its durability and energy efficiency.  This metal building has a wind load of 90 MPH and snow loads for GSL 43 PSF and RSL 30 PSF.  .  This metal building has R-19 insulation for both roof and walls.

It is a finished size of 60’x80’x16’ with a 2:12 pitched gavalume roof.  There are eight doors, four of them are 14’x16’ overhead doors and the rest are 3’x7’ walkdoors.  Additionally, there are two 3’x3’ cannonball windows.

Steel Building in Price, Utah

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Price, Utah.  Purchased in March, 2012 as a combination garage and office this Carbon County building is about 70 miles from Springville and 60 miles from Santaquin.

With parts from CO Buildings this metal garage is 40’x100’x18’ with numerous windows to allow for plenty of natural lighting.  There are twenty-one windows total in various sizes.  Fourteen of the windows are 6’x3’, six are 3’x4’ and the final window is 3’x4.8’.  There is a large 20’x14’ overhead door as well.

In order to make this building energy efficient, an insulation package was installed at the time of assembly for both walls and roof.  The galvalume roof has a 4:12 pitch and R-30 insulation.  The exterior walls are insulated with R-19 insulation.

Metal Building in Myton, Utah

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Myton, Utah as a shop for a waste water company which serves Duchesne County and the surrounding area.  Western Water Solutions needed a metal shop building to store their equipment and vehicles.  Myton is near Roosevelt 10 miles, Green River 85 miles and Salt Lake City 130 miles.

This metal shop has been in use since its purchase in November, 2012 and has many features.  The Garco metal building has light stone colored exterior walls and a galvalume roof.  The walls and roof are both insulated with an energy efficient insulation package.  R-19 insulation was used for the roof and R-13 was used for the walls.  Since Myton is in a heavy snow load area the roof snow load rating is 30 PSF and the ground snow load is 43 PSF.  Additionally, this building has a wind load of 90 MPH.

This steel building has seven 3’x3’ windows allowing for natural lighting.  There are additionally seven doors giving access to the interior of the shop.  Three of these are 12’x12’ overhead garage doors and the remaining four are 3’x7’ walkdoors.  This metal building is 40’x60’x14’ in size.

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Greenwich, Utah in March 2011. It is located in Piute County, about 190 miles from both Salt Lake City, 100 miles from Cedar City and 150 miles from Provo.

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Vernal, Utah.  It is located near the Colorado/Utah border. Vernal is about 112 miles from Price and around 30 miles from Roosevelt.

The building was sold to a real estate developer.  It was designed for an oil and gas company.  The polar white Nucor building is 70’x90’x18’ with a 2:12 pitched galvalume roof. The building has multiple framed openings three 10×6, two 3×7 walkdoors, an entry door and five 5×5 windows. To save money on heating & cooling cost the building has R-29 roof insulation and R-19 wall insulation.
