Metal Building Outlet was the proud supplier of this pre-engineered metal shop building in Bonners Ferry, Idaho, in June of 2019.

Energy efficient and engineered to last, the building is currently in use as a shop, and once raised, it stands 50’x40’x18’ in size. High overhead clearance makes the metal building well-suited for automotive, warehouse or storage use, among others, while its rugged durability fares well in Idaho’s sometimes-harsh seasonal climate.

Ash Grey in color, the building has a broad clear span, making the most of usable square footage, and it also features a layer of R-13 insulation in its walls, which results in lower energy bills and a more comfortable environment for shop users. Metal Building Outlet was the supplier of this preconstructed steel workshop building in Eagle, Idaho, in late August of 2019.

Attractive and immensely versatile, the building features a striking, Crimson Red exterior, and it now operates as a shop. Rugged and built to last, it boasts a finished, fully raised size of 24’x40’x10’ and an open, clear span design that makes the most of usable space by eliminating interior trusses or supports.

The steel shop features a robust Galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch overhead, which offers a solid level of protection against the elements, and (3) framed openings serve as additional features, among them (2) 8’x8’ openings and (1) 3’x7’ opening. In consideration of Idaho’s variable, sometimes unpredictable climate conditions, a 20-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind load serve as additional workshop customizations.

Part of the Boise Foothills, the city of Eagle is a part of Ada County. The community lies about 10 miles northwest of Boise and about 7 miles north of Meridian.

Metal Building Outlet supplied this preconstructed steel garage building for a buyer in Rigby, Idaho, in late March of 2019.

Now used as a private garage, the building features premium-quality steel construction, delivering unsurpassed strength and durability. Once raised, the steel garage stands 37’x50’x16.5’ in size, and it features a broad clear-span that leaves plenty of space for storing or servicing cars and trucks.

Overhead, protecting the interior of the metal garage from the Idaho elements, is a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume Plus roof with a 4:12 pitch. The building also features (3) framed openings that enhance accessibility, among them (2) 12’x14’ overhead door openings and (1) 3070 walk door opening. Other customizations made with regard for the climate characteristics of the area and the building codes currently in place across the region include a 115-mph wind speed rating and a high, 45-pound snow load.

A small city set within Idaho’s Jefferson County, Rigby sits almost 5,000 feet above sea level. The community sits about 80 miles east of Arco and roughly 13 miles south of Rexburg.
