Metal Building Outlet supplied these (3) steel buildings to a customer in Pingree, Idaho, in early June of 2012.

The first building stands 20’x50’16 with a 3:12 roof pitch, the second, 16’x50’x10’ with a 2:12 roof pitch and the third, 16’x50’x10’ with a 2:12 roof pitch. All of the buildings feature parts by CO Building Systems.

Among them, the buildings have (9) framed openings, which include (1) 12’x14’ overhead door, (2) 12’x18’ overhead doors, (2) 3070 walk doors and (4) 3050 windows. In consideration of Idaho’s occasionally heavy snowfall and variable weather patterns, the buildings all have R-19 insulation in both their roofs and walls. They also have a wind speed of 90 mph and a ground snow load of 45 lbs.

Pingree, Idaho is an unincorporated community located within Bingham County, in Southeast Idaho. It lies about 22 miles from Aberdeen and about 40 miles outside Pocatello.

Now used for hay storage, the durable, easy to maintain building stands 50’x120’x20’ in size, and a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 4:12 pitch protects the interior from overhead. Crafted from top-quality steel components, the building features several accommodations intended to help it stand strong against the elements and weather patterns common throughout Midvale and the surrounding region, among them a 115-mph wind speed rating and a high, 80-pound snow load.

A city set within west-central Idaho’s Washington County, Midvale is home to only a few hundred residents, many of whom are involved with agriculture and farming. Polar white in color with complementing evergreen trim, the attractive and energy-efficient building stands 80’x75’x16’ in size and is constructed from premium-grade steel components. Its roof has a 2:12 pitch and is made of hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal. Inside the metal building, now used for storage, are (10) framed openings. These include (5) that house 3070 walk doors, (4) 16’x14’ openings and (1) 14’x14’ framed opening.

To reduce energy costs associated with the structure, R-6 insulation with high-performance WMP VRR facing is installed within its roof and walls. Additional project features include a wind speed of 115 mph and a snow load of 30 lbs. were added with respect for the climate of the Emmett, Idaho area. A part of west-central Idaho’s Gem County, Emmett lies about 30 miles outside Nampa and about 25 miles from Meridian.

Together, the (3) buildings create a combination house-and-shop, and they all boast striking, light stone-colored exteriors along with complementing, desert sand-colored metal roofs. The (3) structures differ in size, however, with the first standing 40’x80’x15’, the second, 20’x80’x13’ and the third, 24’x20’x13’. Furthermore, the first building’s roof boasts a 4:12 roof pitch, while the second and third buildings’ roofs have 2:12 pitches.
