Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated metal building in Nampa, Idaho, in late December of 2015.

Light stone in color with a fern-green roof that has a 2:12 roof pitch, the building is now used as a shop by the owner. Constructed using top-quality steel, the low maintenance, energy-efficient structure stands 50’x60’x14’ once fully erect. It boasts (3) framed openings, (2) of which are 12’x12’ in size and (1) of which houses a 3070 walk door for easy user entry and access.

Building upgrades include an insulation package, which includes R-19 insulation in the roof and R-13 insulation in the walls. The building also boasts a wind speed of 115 mph and a snow load of 40 lbs. given the typical climate experienced in the area. A part of western Idaho’s Canyon County, the city of Nampa sits about 148 miles outside Twin Falls and about 22 miles from Boise.
