It boasts a bold, Koko Brown-colored exterior and a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 pitch, and an insulation package in its roof and walls helps keep energy bills low and stored goods at proper temperatures. In its roof, the metal storage building contains R-19 insulation, while R-13 insulation lines its walls.

Additional elements include (2) framed openings; (1) 14’x14’ opening and (1) 3’4”x7’2” opening, and several accommodations made with regard for the climate of Fremont and the surrounding landscape, among them a 45-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating. Now used for storage purposes, its roof is also blue in color and boasts a 4:12 roof pitch. When fully erect, the building stands 15’x30’x10’ in size, and it has (3) framed openings inside. These include (2) 10’x8’ openings enclosing (2) 10’x8’ roll-coil doors and (1) 3070 opening equipped with (1) 3070 steel walk door. With respect for the climate of Oakland and the surrounding region, a wind speed rating of 115 mph is included as an additional project feature.

Now used for storage purposes, the building features top-of-the-line steel construction, and a durable, corrosion-resistant Galvalume Plus roof sits overhead, boasting a 2.55:12 roof pitch.

The steel storage building features (2) framed openings; (1) 8’x8’ opening and (1) 3’x7’ opening, and it also features several enhancements made to maximize durability given the climate characteristics of the region and the building codes in place at the jobsite. Such customizations include a 25-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating.

A part of northwestern Washington’s King County, the city of Tukwila sits along the northern edge of the city of Seattle. The community lies roughly 24 miles outside Tacoma and about 40 miles outside Snoqualmie.
