Durable and low-maintenance, the steel building boasts a finished size of 80’x100’x22’ and is now used for storage. Its roof has a 1:12 pitch and is constructed from top quality, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal. Inside the metal building are (3) framed openings, which include (2) 8’x8’ openings and (1) that encloses a 3070 walk door for convenient user building access. To enhance overall building durability with respect to the climate and weather patterns typically seen throughout the Houston area, the building features a high wind speed of 140 mph.
