Metal Building in Clements, California

Metal Building Outlet supplied this preconstructed metal building for a customer in Clements, California, in late June of 2017.

Now used for storage purposes, the rugged, functional and low-maintenance metal building is comprised of top-quality steel materials, and it boasts a finished size of 53’x158’x24’. Guarding against corrosion and moisture from above is a hardwearing, highly resilient Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 roof pitch, and the storage building also features a 110-mph wind speed rating in consideration of the climate and weather characteristics of the Clements area.

A small, unincorporated community set within California’s San Joaquin County, Clements sits along Route 12 and Route 88. The community lies about 11 miles northeast of the city of Lodi and about 91 miles outside the city of Oakland.
