Versatile, insulated and ideal for any number of different uses, the building offers supreme strength and durability and stands 40’x40’x14’ once raised. It has a clear-span design, which maximizes usable space by eliminating interior trusses and obstructions, and high overhead clearance that enhances functionality even further.

Its roof resists corrosion, has a 3:12 pitch and is comprised of rugged, hardwearing Galvalume steel panels, and (4) framed openings serve as additional shop building features. Included are (2) 3’4”x7’2” door openings and (2) 14×12’ overhead door openings. The roof and walls of the steel shop, meanwhile, have layers of R-13 fiberglass insulation installed within them, which allows for a more comfortable work environment appropriate for year-round use.

Other notable shop attributes include a 115-mph wind speed rating and a 25-pound snow load; inclusions that adhere to local building code requirements while enhancing the durability of the shop. Together, the (3) buildings create a combination house-and-shop, and they all boast striking, light stone-colored exteriors along with complementing, desert sand-colored metal roofs. The (3) structures differ in size, however, with the first standing 40’x80’x15’, the second, 20’x80’x13’ and the third, 24’x20’x13’.
