Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated metal building for a customer in Bellingham, Washington, in late December, 2015.
Boasting charcoal gray paint and a burnished slate-colored roof with a 3:12 roof pitch, the durable, low-maintenance steel building now serves as a shop for the owner. Crafted from hardwearing, top-quality quality steel components, the building stands 40’x60’x20’ when fully erect. Inside it are (3) framed openings, which include (2) 12’x14’ openings and (1) 3070 walk door for convenient user access. Additional project features include a wind speed of 110 mph and a snow load of 25 lbs. These inclusions were made during the construction process to enhance durability given the climate typical of Bellingham and the surrounding region.
The largest city in northern Washington’s Whatcom County, the city of Bellingham lies about 52 miles outside Oak Harbor and about 29 miles from Mount Vernon.
