Metal Building in Murray, Kentucky

Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered metal building in Murray, Kentucky, in late July of 2016.

Durable, energy efficient and low maintenance, the fern green-colored metal building boasts a finished size of 60’x80’x20’. It is crafted from top-quality steel components, and its koko brown-colored roof is also made of hardwearing, corrosion-resistant metal and has a 1:12 pitch. The structure now serves as a shop, and it comes equipped with (2) 12’x14’ framed openings.

An insulation package is also included in this project to considerably reduce energy bills while enhancing interior comfort and sound control, and both the building’s roof and walls contain R-10 insulation. A wind speed rating of 115 mph and a snow load of 15 lbs. serve as additional project features and were included to enhance overall durability given the climate and weather patterns typical of Murray and the surrounding region. Considered a home rule-class city, Murray is located within western Kentucky’s Calloway County. It sits about 56 miles from Hopkinsville and about 47 miles outside Paducah.

Metal Building Kit in Eunice, Louisiana

Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered metal building for a buyer in Eunice, Louisiana.

Ash gray in color with a complementing burnished slate roof with a 2:12 pitch, the building now functions as a shop. Rugged, durable and energy efficient, it stands 24’x30’x10’ in size when fully erect and has (4) framed openings that vary in size. Included are (1) 3’x3’ opening, (1) 10’x8’ opening equipped with (1) 10’x8’ insulated door with a manual chain hoist and (2) 3070 openings equipped with (2) 3070 walk doors.

The project also includes an insulation package. Installed in the shop building’s roof is R-19 metal building insulation, while R-13 insulation can be found within the walls. This considerably reduces the building’s energy expenditures while enhancing interior comfort for building users year-round. In consideration of the humid-subtropical climate of the Eunice area, the structure also features a high wind speed of 130 mph. A city with land in both Acadia and St. Landry Parishes in south-central Louisiana, Eunice sits about 59 miles outside Lake Charles and 39 miles from Lafayette.

Crafted from top-quality steel components, the durable and low-maintenance building stands 40’x80’x16’ once fully erect, and it now serves as a shop for its owner. It is covered and protected from above by a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant metal Galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch. Inside the metal shop building are (3) framed openings, which include (2) 12’x14’ openings and (1) 3070 opening.

Additionally, this building boasts a wind speed rating of 90 mph and a snow load of 20 lbs., inclusions that were made with the variable climate and weather patterns of Garden City and the surrounding region in mind. A city set within Finney County in west-central Kansas, Garden City is situated about 82 miles outside Oakley and about 52 miles from Dodge City.

Steel Building in Kelso, Washington

Metal Building Outlet sourced this pre-engineered steel building on behalf of a customer in Kelso, Washington, in January of 2020.

Rugged, comfortable and insulated, the Saddle Tan-colored building is ideal for life in the Pacific Northwest, and when erect, it stands 40’x60’x16’ in size. Undergoing use as a shop, the building combines rugged durability with impressive energy efficiency, and it has a roof comprised of heavy-duty Galvalume steel paneling sitting overhead that offers a slight 1:12 pitch.

Offering easy access inside the metal shop are (3) framed openings, which include (1) 3070 walk door opening, (1) 12’x14’ overhead door opening harboring (1) 12’x14’ overhead door, and (1) 10’x10’’ opening enclosing (1) 10’x10’ door.

Installed within the roof of the prefabricated workshop is a layer of R-13 insulation, while another layer of R-10 fiberglass insulation sits within the shop’s walls. The insulation lowers the building’s energy expenses, and it also helps create more accommodating work environment. Other notable climate-related project characteristics include a 30-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating.

Metal Building Outlet was the proud provider of this preconstructed metal building in Pick City, North Dakota, in January of 2020.

Designed to hold its own against extreme temperatures and weather patterns, the building currently functions as a shop and features durable, top-of-the-line steel construction. When erect, it is 50’x60’x16’ in size and has high overhead clearance and a wide clear span that maximize usable space.

The roof of the metal shop has a 3:12 pitch and is comprised of hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel sheeting, and (3) framed openings offer convenient access inside. Found throughout the workshop are (2) 16’x14’ overhead door openings and (1) 3’4”x7’2” walk door. The steel building also features several customizations added with regard for the climate characteristics of Pick City and the surrounding landscape, among them a 35-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating.

Home to just a few hundred residents, Pick City is a part of North Dakota’s Mercer County. It sits about 64 miles south of Minot and roughly 172 miles outside Williston.

Comprised of rugged, fire-resistant steel components, it boasts an attractive, Ash Gray exterior, while a hardwearing roof made of Galvalume steel paneling sits overhead, offering a modest 1:12 pitch.

The building has a total of (11) framed openings throughout in a wide array of sizes. Included are (5) 3070 walk door openings, (2) 3040 door openings, (1) 6070 walk door opening, (2) 8’x10’ framed openings enclosing (2) 9’x10’ doors and finally, (1) 12’x12’ framed openings housing (1) 12’x12’ door.
