Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered metal building for a buyer in Eunice, Louisiana.

Ash gray in color with a complementing burnished slate roof with a 2:12 pitch, the building now functions as a shop. Rugged, durable and energy efficient, it stands 24’x30’x10’ in size when fully erect and has (4) framed openings that vary in size. Included are (1) 3’x3’ opening, (1) 10’x8’ opening equipped with (1) 10’x8’ insulated door with a manual chain hoist and (2) 3070 openings equipped with (2) 3070 walk doors.

The project also includes an insulation package. Installed in the shop building’s roof is R-19 metal building insulation, while R-13 insulation can be found within the walls. This considerably reduces the building’s energy expenditures while enhancing interior comfort for building users year-round. In consideration of the humid-subtropical climate of the Eunice area, the structure also features a high wind speed of 130 mph. A city with land in both Acadia and St. Landry Parishes in south-central Louisiana, Eunice sits about 59 miles outside Lake Charles and 39 miles from Lafayette.
