Metal Building Outlet was the proud supplier of this pre-engineered steel building in Pearland, Texas, in late January of 2020.

Rugged, reliable and easy to maintain, the building now undergoes use as a shop and stands 40’x60’x20’ in size once erect. A broad clear span and high overhead clearance enhance the shop’s functionality, making it suitable for any number of uses and applications, and a rugged Galvalume steel roof with a 4:12 pitch sits overhead, delivering steadfast protection from above.

The metal workshop features a number of notable customizations, among them (7) framed openings. Offering easy access into the shop are (6) 3070 walk door openings and (1) 10’x8’ door opening. A high, 141-mph wind speed rating serves as an additional project characteristic added with regard for the climate patterns typical of Pearland and the surrounding area.
