Prefabricated Steel Hay Storage Building in Terreton, Idaho

Metal Building Outlet was proud to supply this pre-engineered steel hay storage building for a client in Terreton, Idaho, in April 2024.

Custom-designed to meet the client’s needs, the large hay storage building remains open along one side to allow for easy access and has eyebrow sheeting and girts that extend over the opening, keeping the hay stored inside dry and protected from the elements. The metal storage building has a wide clear span, creating 13,640 square feet of hay storage space, and it also has high ceilings that create additional room to store hay vertically.

The metal hay barn sits atop a 2’ concrete stem wall, raising the height by 2’ while enhancing the strength and stability of the structure. It also features Solar White exterior paint that reflects heat and Ash Gray trim that gives it nice curb appeal. Durable, low-maintenance and easy to erect, this steel hay barn is a smart, economical hay storage solution the owner can use and rely on for years to come.
