Metal Building Outlet sourced this custom-designed steel commercial shop for a client in Hayward, Wisconsin, sending the pre-engineered metal building kit to the community in October 2024.

Thoughtfully designed inside and out, the insulated, energy-efficient steel commercial building boasts 3,840 square feet of flexible interior space the company to use to house supplies, equipment, work areas or offices. On the outside, Sandstone-colored walls and trim and a bright Red roof draw the eye from the road, while wainscoting along two walls and sculptured gutters and downspouts give the structure nice street appeal while serving a functional purpose by channeling rain or snowfall away from the walls and foundation.

On the inside, key customizations include an R-35 multi-layer Energy Saver insulation system with a White liner panel in the roof and Sandstone-colored insulated wall panels that boost climate control and reduce energy expenses. The liner panel protects the fiberglass insulation blankets from tears, moisture and damage, and it also gives the interior a clean, finished look and feel. The metal commercial building also has three large windows, allowing ample natural light inside to brighten up the space.
