Prefabricated Multipurpose Steel Building in Beatty, Nevada

A client in Beatty, Nevada, ordered this custom prefabricated multipurpose steel building from Metal Building Outlet in October 2024, giving the owner 1,500 square feet of flexible interior space to use as needed.

Designed and engineered to meet the client’s precise specifications, the building features upgraded gray oxide primary galvanized secondary framing, which boosts strength, durability and corrosion-resistance. It also features an insulation package, with R-19 fiberglass insulation in the roof and R-13 fiberglass insulation in the walls keeping energy expenses low and inside temperatures comfortable and consistent.

All five doors in the steel building also contain insulation, helping stop heated or cooled air from escaping through them while boosting overall energy efficiency. Metal Building Outlet also sent an engineered foundation design along with the delivery of the building components to enhance structural stability and streamline the process of pouring the foundation.
