Metal Building Outlet provided this pre-engineered steel building for a customer in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, in mid-June of 2022.
Now used for miscellaneous purposes, the metal building is comprised of durable, quality steel components and stands 32’x42’x12’ once constructed. It has a clear span that eliminates the need for interior supports, and it also has a 12” overhang on all four sides that creates additional covered space for the owner to use.
Polar White in color with complementing Burnished Slate trim, the steel building offers ample curb appeal, and it also has (4) framed door and window openings distributed throughout. Included are (1) 10’x10’ opening enclosing (1) 10’x10’ Amarr Series 2412 sectional door and (3) 4’x4’ window openings that let natural light inside.
In consideration of the heavy seasonal snowfall and variable climate characteristics of the Steamboat Spring area, the metal building also boasts a 115-mph wind rating and a high, 73-psf roof snow load.
