Metal Shop Building in Brighton, Colorado

Metal Building Outlet sourced this prefabricated metal building in Brighton, Colorado, in April of 2022.

Comprised of sustainable, long-lasting steel components, the building now functions as a shop and is 40’x100’x16’ once raised. It has an open, column-free interior thanks to a wide clear span and high ceilings, which enhance versatility.

The roof of the steel shop is comprised of rugged, corrosion-resistant steel and has a gable design and a 1:12 pitch, and (4) framed door openings provide access inside. Found throughout the steel workshop are (2) 14’x14’ overhead door openings and (2) 3070 framed openings that will house walk doors.

Engineered to adhere to all building, engineering, and wind loads in place in Brighton, this metal shop also boasts a high, 130-mph wind rating and a 30-PSF roof snow load.
