Pre-Engineered Steel Commercial Shop Building in Liberal, Kansas

Metal Building Outlet was proud to supply this pre-engineered metal shop building for a concrete supplier based in Liberal, Kansas, sending the building kit to the southwestern Kansas community in early March of 2024.

Engineered for heavy use and custom-designed to meet the needs of the concrete supplier, the durable, multifunctional metal building spans 13,200 square feet, providing plenty of room for storing equipment, handling materials and supporting day-to-day operations. The building sits on top of a 4’ concrete stem wall to maximize durability and load distribution and has gutters and downspouts along its low side to facilitate proper drainage.

On the outside, a painted exterior with color-change wainscot paneling gives the commercial shop nice curb appeal, and a rugged Galvalume roof sists overhead, protecting the interior from corrosion and the elements. Multiple large door openings ensure equipment, concrete and other materials used in commercial, residential, mixed-use and municipal concrete projects remain easily accessible, and some of the doors also contain insulation, boosting the metal building’s thermal performance.
