Now used for storage purposes, the building offers unsurpassed structural integrity and is 16’x24’x10’ once erect. Customized to meet the buyer’s needs and insulated to maximize energy efficiency, the steel storage building helps protect stored goods from weather, pests, theft and similar hazards.

The roof the metal storage building has a gable design and is comprised of durable steel paneling. (1) 7080 insulated steel man door with a lever lock serves as an additional customization. The roof and walls of the metal storage building each contain 3” of WMP-VRR-faced insulation, which keeps interior temperatures comfortable and consistent and energy bills low throughout the lifetime of the building.

The steel storage building also complies with all building and engineering codes currently in place at the build site and boasts a 30-psf roof snow load and a wind speed rating of 115 mph.
