Engineered to stand strong in Fairplay’s variable climate and during heavy seasonal snowfall, the insulated, energy-efficient metal building serves a variety of purposes and stands 40’x40’x11’/16’ when raised. It has a clear span that eliminates the need for interior supports, and overhead, it sports a corrosion-resistant, ultra-durable Galvalume Plus single-slope roof.
The steel building has (9) framed door and window openings allowing building users and natural light inside. Also included are (3) overhead sectional wind-rated doors. In the roof, the metal building has a 6” layer of metal building insulation, which keeps energy bills low and the interior of the structure comfortable, regardless of outside temperatures or time of year.
Additional customizations include a 130-mph wind speed rating and a high, 50-psf roof snow load.
