Now located on the grounds of a corn, wheat, watermelon and cattle farm, the metal shop building offers unmatched strength and durability thanks to premium-quality steel construction. Engineered for the climate of the area and customized in line with the buyer’s needs, the building is 150’x210’x16’ when erect and has high ceilings and an open, clear-span design.

Overhead, the metal farm building boasts an ultra-durable, corrosion-resistant Galvalume Plus gable roof with a slight 1:12 pitch, and (8) framed door openings are additional features. Found throughout the steel farm building are (1) 30’x18’ steel framed door opening, (3) 28’x14’ framed door openings and (4) 4070 openings enclosing (4) 4070 insulated steel walk doors with lever locks.

The steel shop also features a painted exterior with complementing architectural trim and several climate-related enhancements and customizations, including a wind speed rating of 110 mph and a roof snow load of 10 psf.
