Now functioning as a premier riding arena and boarding facility in the outskirts of Tacoma, the insulated, energy-efficient equestrian building features top-quality steel construction and is an expansive 100’x220’x’18’ when raised. It has a broad clear span and high overhead clearance, making it well-suited for equestrian activities, and overhead, it features a rugged, corrosion-resistant steel gable roof.

Notable customizations include a collateral load that provides additional support for the metal equestrian building’s fans, lighting and insulation and (4) framed openings in various sizes. The steel shop also has several accommodations that keep it compliant with the building and engineering codes in place in and around Tacoma, including a 25-psf roof snow load and a 110-mph wind speed rating.
