Metal Building Outlet was the proud supplier of this prefabricated metal building in Monroe, Georgia, in March of 2022.

Ultra-durable and highly customized, the building features top-quality steel construction and serves as a shop. When erect, the metal shop building is 40’x90’x16’ in size, featuring high ceilings that boost versatility and a broad clear span that eliminates interior columns.

Polar White in color with complementing Burnished Slate trim, the building has a matching Polar White gable roof with a 6:12 pitch providing protection from above. There are also (19) framed door and window openings distributed throughout the shop that allow building users, equipment and natural sunlight inside.

Included are (11) 3’x5’ window openings, (1) 3’4”x7’2” walk door opening and (1) 5’2”x7’ walk door opening. Also featured are (2) 14’x14’ door openings, (1) 4’x4’ window opening, (2) 5’x5’ openings and (1) 7’x7’ opening. The metal building also contains (50) 3’x13’ Polar White PBR wall panels.

Engineered to comply with all building and engineering codes currently in place in Monroe, the metal shop building also features a 115-mph wind speed rating and a 3.5-psf snow load.
