When raised, the spacious, open-air shop building stands an expansive 150’x260’x22’ in size, boasting high overhead clearance and a clear span that creates an open, column-free interior.

Overhead, a gable roof comprised of heavy-duty 26-gauge steel sheeting provides protection from the Florida elements and has a 1:12 pitch. The roof-only steel building also features a 150-mph wind speed rating; an addition made with the climate characteristics and occasional hurricane activity seen throughout the Belle Glade area in mind.
