Metal Building Outlet sourced this pair of pre-engineered metal buildings in Moffatt, Colorado, in late November of 2021.

Now serving commercial purposes, the (2) Fern-colored steel buildings with complementing Charcoal trim offer superior strength and durability, with the first standing 90’x200’x12’ in size, and the second, 100’x150’x12’. Overhead, both buildings have rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume gable roofs with 2:12 pitches providing reliable protection, and the buildings also have Charcoal-colored wainscoting surrounding their exteriors, enhancing their curb appeal.

Between them, the steel commercial buildings feature (8) framed door openings. There are (4) 3’4”x7’2” walk door openings and (4) 6’4”x7’2” walk door openings. Both buildings also have enhanced collateral load limits that allow for the addition of sprinklers, partitions, electrical systems and other heavy infrastructure.
