Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered metal shop building for a customer in San Tan Valley, Arizona, in January of 2022.

Now serving as a personal shop, the building features high-quality steel construction, leading to optimal strength and durability. It features a painted exterior and stands 40’x50’x16’ in size when erect, boasting high overhead clearance and an open, clear-span design.

Overhead, a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant gable roof comprised of heavy-duty Galvalume steel sheeting offers protection from the elements, and (4) framed door openings in several different sizes are additional shop features. Found throughout the metal shop building are (2) 9’x10’ framed door openings, (1) 12’x14’ framed door opening and (1) 3070 framed walk door opening holding (1) 3070 White insulated walk door with a lever lock.

A 115-mph wind speed rating is another customization; an inclusion made in consideration of the climate characteristics of the area and the building codes governing construction at the project site.
