Metal Building Outlet supplied this pair of pre-engineered steel commercial buildings for a client in McKinney, Texas, in June 2021.

Used for commercial purposes, the buildings offer unmatched strength and durability and have customizations throughout. Notable features include 24-gauge standing-seam roofs with weather tightness warranties, side parapets and steel canopies covering the business’s front-entry area.

The metal commercial buildings also have insulation packages, with 6” of fiberglass insulation in their roofs and 4” of fiberglass insulation in the walls. The insulation blankets have WMP-VRR+ facing adhered to the interior-facing side, which helps protect the blankets while improving the buildings’ interior appeal.

The buildings are also well-designed for commercial and industrial use, featuring #5 collateral loads that allow it to accommodate pipes, sprinklers, mechanical ducts or other heavy loads.
