Now an auto shop, the Polar White building with Hawaiian Blue trim has a clear-span design and high ceilings that free up ample space for vehicles, car lifts and tools. Attractive and versatile, the metal body shop has 3” of R-10 insulation with WMP-VRR+ facing adhered to the interior-facing side. The insulation keeps heating and cooling bills low while creating a comfortable interior environment well-suited for year-round use in Texas.
Engineered with the climate characteristics of the area in mind, the building has gutters and downspouts along its roof that help prevent condensation from forming. It also has several additional customizations that comply with local building codes, including a 3.5-psf snow load and a high, 130-mph wind rating.
