The modern building concept begins not only with a plan on paper but with a metal framed structure as the fundamental foundation. With our customers preference for a building “beyond the box”, we delivered just that. Upon completion this structure gives an approving nod to the notoriously boxy 1960’s-era Zalco Building, complete with voguish vertical siding and triple glazed glass. The auto showroom interior has a futuristic feel with floor to ceiling windows, sun bleached concrete floors, and an undeniable reference to metal infrastructure. The finality of this building can be architecturally summed up as Industrial, Bauhaus, Art Deco or Modernist, depending on who your asking; a pre-manufactured building dream come true.
