Now operating as a shop, the eye-catching and low-maintenance steel building stands 45’x60’x14’ in size. Crafted from top-of-the-line steel materials, the building contains (4) framed openings varying in terms of size and purpose, among them (2) 16’x10’ openings, (1) 8’x8’ opening and (1) 3070 opening enclosing (1) 3070 insulated steel walk door. A rugged, exceedingly durable Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 pitch sits overhead, protecting the interior of the shop against the elements.

A 110-mph wind speed rating serves as an additional feature, an inclusion made with respect for the wind and weather patterns common throughout Hollister and the surrounding region.
