Insulated and highly energy efficient, the (2) metal buildings function as shops and offer unmatched structural integrity. Comprised of high-end steel parts, the first steel shop is 32’x20’x14’ in size, while the second stands 10’x30’x13’. Both have unobstructed clear-span designs and high overhead clearance, and both have R-19 roof insulation and R-13 wall insulation that lowers their energy expenses and makes for more comfortable interior environments.

Overhead, both structures boast hardwearing Galvalume roofs, with the first shop’s roof having a 4.85:12 pitch, and the second, a 2.55:12 pitch. Between the (2) shops are (9) framed door and window openings, which include (1) 12’x12’ opening harboring (1) 12’x12’ door, (2) 3070 walk door openings, (1) 34’x4’ opening and (5) 2’x4’ windows.
