Now serving as a shop for a concrete company, the insulated, energy-efficient metal building features quality steel construction, resulting in optimal strength and durability. Once raised, it stands 40’x45’x16’ and offers superior versatility thanks to high overhead clearance and an open, clear-span design.

The roof of the shop has a 2:12 pitch and is comprised of Galvalume steel panels, which resist corrosion and help protect against damage. It also has (4) framed door and window openings, which include (1) 14’x14’ opening, (1) 3070 walk door opening and (2) 4’x3’ window openings that let natural sunlight stream inside.

R-13 insulation in the metal shop’s roof and walls lowers heating and cooling bills, and it also creates a more comfortable environment that is appropriate for use year-round in South Dakota’s variable climate. Other climate-related features include a snow load of 43 pounds and a wind speed rating of 115 mph.
