Undergoing use as a shop, the building offers unsurpassed structural integrity thanks to high-quality steel construction. Once erect, the metal shop is 50’x80’x16’ in size, featuring high overhead clearance and an open, clear-span design.
A heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant roof comprised of Galvalume steel sheeting provides protection from above and offers a 1:12 pitch, and (2) 3070 framed walk door openings enclosing (2) 3070 walk doors serve as additional customizations.
In adherence to the building and engineering code requirements in place in Alva, the steel shop also has a 130-mph wind speed rating and a snow load of 15 pounds.
