Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated steel building for a general contractor in Sparks, Nevada, in March of 2023.

The contractor needed a durable, versatile steel building with a high wind rating to meet local building codes, and this custom, clear-span metal shop features rugged steel construction and an upgraded 130-mph wind load. Its open, airy interior is great for storing trucks and construction supplies, and it features gutters and downspouts along the roof, helping divert water away from its foundation.

The gutters and downspouts are White and match the steel building’s architectural trim, and Charcoal exterior paint completes the look, giving the shop impressive street appeal. The buyer also planned to add a firewall to the interior in the future and Metal Building Outlet spaced the wall girts appropriately to support the sheetrock needed for the addition.
