Prefab. Steel Agricultural Building in Denver, Colorado

A client in Denver, Colorado, purchased this prefab. metal building from Metal Building Outlet in April of 2023.

Used for agricultural purposes, the Koko Brown steel building with Saddle Tan trim has a modern, attractive exterior and an open, clear-span interior that frees up plenty of floor space for growing, gardening or storing animals or supplies. Engineered for Denver’s sometimes-harsh climate, the metal farm building adheres to local building codes and arrived at the erection site already partially put-together, saving the owner substantial money on construction costs.

In addition to the metal building kit, itself, Metal Building Outlet also supplied the buyer with a Colorado engineer-stamped foundation plan to maximize stability and ensure a long lifespan for the building.
