Steel Shop in Chama, New Mexico

An owner of a ranch in Chama, New Mexico, wanted a custom steel shop with a high snow load to meet local building codes, and Metal Building Outlet worked closely with him to design and supply it.

Delivered in August of 2022, the prefabricated steel building kit created a versatile, multifunctional metal shop building with a wide clear span that maximizes usable floor space. Door openings in several different sizes can easily accommodate cars, trucks or large ranch or farm equipment, and a rugged Galvalume roof with an upgraded, 60-psf snow load offers reliable protection overhead.

Durable and easy to raise and maintain, the metal building kit contained steel components that were already partially assembled, leading to a shorter construction process and lower erection expenses.
