Prefabricated Steel Industrial Building with Insulation in Pryor, OK

Metal Building Outlet sent this custom metal building kit to a client in Pryor, Oklahoma, in early July of 2025.

Durable, spacious and energy efficient, the building offers 6,000 square feet of climate-controlled floor space the owner, an industrial supply company, can use to store inventory and house business operations. Modern and attractive, the steel industrial building has Ash Gray walls, a matching roof and Steel Gray architectural trim, and a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant gable roof with a modest 2:12 pitch provides protection overhead.

Designed for comfortable use during all four seasons, the building has 6” of R-19 fiberglass insulation in the roof and another 4” of R-13 insulation in the walls. The insulation package helps muffle noise, and it also helps guard against condensation, enhancing the building’s structural integrity. It also features several upgrades, including a combination of gray oxide primary and galvanized secondary framing.

The buyer also verified local building code requirements before signing off on the metal industrial building’s final design and the fabricator engineered it accordingly.
