The metal shop building has (5) framed door openings throughout, among them (1) 14’x14’ opening enclosing (1) 14’x14’ heavy-duty overhead door, (2) 12’x14’ framed door openings housing (2) 12’x12’ heavy0duty overhead doors, and (4) 3070 walk door openings holding (4) 3070 insulated commercial walk doors with lever lock sets.
A layer of R-11 fiberglass insulation in the roof of the shop keeps its interior comfort and its energy bills low, while a high, 145-mph wind load and a 7-psf roof snow load enhance durability with regard of the climate characteristics of the region.
