Metal Building in Steele, North Dakota

Metal Building Outlet sourced this pre-engineered metal building in Steele, North Dakota, in October of 2020.

Now in use as a shop, the sustainable, attractive metal building offers optimal strength and durability, making it well-suited for North Dakota’s variable climate. When constructed, the steel shop stands an expansive 60’x200’x18’ and has a broad clear span and high ceilings that maximize space.

Overhead, a hardy, corrosion-resistant Galvalume gable roof with a 2:12 pitch provides protection from the elements, and (4) framed door openings in several different sizes allow access inside. Distributed throughout the shop are (1) 20’x16’ framed door opening, (1) 14’x14’ overhead door opening, and (2) 3070 openings enclosing (2) White pre-assembled insulated walk doors with lever locks.

Fabricated to comply with the building and engineering codes in place in Steele, the metal shop building also boasts a wind rating of 115 mph and a roof snow load of 30-PSF.
