Metal Building Outlet provided this pre-engineered metal building for a customer in Eureka, Illinois, in June of 2021.

Durable, easy to erect and highly customized in line with the owner’s needs, the building undergoes use as a shop and is 75’x120’x23’ when raised. It has high ceilings and a clear span that enhance versatility, and a gable roof comprised of ultra-durable Galvalume Plus steel paneling sits overhead, offering a modest 1:12 pitch.

The steel shop building also features (13) framed door and window openings throughout. The metal building has (3) 18’x18’ overhead door openings, (3) 3070 walk door openings and (7) 4030 window openings.

Other steel building customizations include gutters and downspouts, which help prevent condensation from forming, and several climate-related accommodations, including a 115-mph wind speed rating and a 14-psf roof snow load.
