Custom Prefab. Steel Garage in Conifer, Colorado

A resident of Conifer, Colorado, needed a custom metal garage with high wind and heavy snow loads, and Metal Building Outlet supplied the building kit for it in May of 2023.

Featuring Charcoal exterior walls and an Ash Gray roof and trim package, the steel garage has an open floorplan that maximizes storage space for cars, trucks, plows and toys. It has 4.25” of R-13 faced insulation in its roof and walls, with the insulation keeping energy bills low and building users comfortable and the facing protecting the fiberglass blankets from damage.

Durable and designed for life in the Foothills of the Rocky Mountains, the metal garage is a great time-saver for its owners, who don’t have to shovel snow off their cars on winter mornings.
