Pre-Engineered Metal Garage in Vail, Colorado

A resident of Vail, Colorado, wanted a steel garage that could meet the area’s strict snow load requirements and bought this Metal Building Outlet building in July of 2023.

Spacious and versatile, the steel garage has a broad clear span resulting in an open, unobstructed floorplan and plenty of space for vehicles, snowmobiles and similar gear. A painted Galvalume roof sits overhead and has a 4:12 pitch, helping rain and snow drain off easily, and the roof also has an upgraded, 125-psf snow load in consideration of Vail’s heavy seasonal snowfall.

While the garage gives the owner a safe, secure place to store cars, trucks and other assets so they don’t require shoveling off before use, it also protects these and other valuables from moisture, extreme temperatures and potential theft, helping them retain their looks, functionality and resale value.
