Now in use as a shop, the ultra-durable, easy-to-erect metal building is 80’x120’x18’ in size and has a wide clear span and high overhead clearance, boosting versatility. The roof of the building has a gable design and a 1:12 pitch and is comprised of heavy-duty steel paneling.
The metal shop building has (7) framed door and window openings that allow building users and natural light inside. Additional customizations include gutters and downspouts along both side walls, which help prevent condensation and water damage, and 2’ of wainscoting along the shop’s exterior, which enhances its curb appeal.
A 115-mph wind load and a 30-psf snow load are additional accommodations made in line with the building codes currently in place in Bar Nunn.
