Overhead, a gable roof comprised of rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume + steel sheeting provides protection from the elements and has a modest 1:12 roof pitch. Offering access inside the steel commercial building are (4) 12’x14’ framed door openings, and each walk door has one of (4) 4’6”x4’ canopies, creating additional covered outdoor space.

Additional customizations include painted gutters and downspouts, which help guard against condensation, and exterior wainscoting, which enhances the commercial building’s curb appeal. A high, 130-mph wind speed rating and a 3.5-psf snow load are additional enhancements made in accordance with local building codes.
