Metal Building Outlet was the proud provider of this pre-engineered steel shop building in Dallas, Texas, in late January of 2022.
Durable, secure and highly customized to meet the owner’s needs, the building now functions as a shop and is 38’x100’x18’ once erect. It has high ceilings and a broad clear span, maximizing usable space, and its roof is comprised of ultra-durable Galvalume + steel sheeting and has a gable design and a 2:12 pitch.
The steel shop building has (5) framed door openings offering access inside, among them (4) 12’x12’ door openings and (1) 3070 opening for a walk door. Also featured are 3’x10’ skylight panels, 9”x10’ ridge vents and gutters and downspouts, which help combat condensation.
A 3.5-psf snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating are additional customizations made in adherence to local building and engineering codes.
