Trio of Metal Shop Buildings Supplied in Conifer, Colorado
A client in Conifer, Colorado, purchased (3) pre-engineered metal shop buildings from Metal Building Outlet during a promotion at the National Western Stock Show, and MBO delivered all three building kits to the buyer in February 2023.
The shop buildings feature upgraded galvanized framing with controlled defections for their interior builds. They also have upgraded collateral loads along their roofs and walls, which help support the weight of HVAC systems or other loads beyond the weight of the building frames. There are also (4) 4’x3’ windows throughout, which let natural light brighten up the shop’s interiors.
Metal Building Outlet engineered all (3) buildings to meet the local building code requirements the client confirmed ahead of time and included a Colorado engineer-stamped foundation plan to ensure the foundation would adequately support the buildings.
